THIS IS A GOOD BOOK FOR THOSE WHO ARE COUNTING THEIR CARBS OR ON THE ATKINS DIET ..LIKE I AM. THIS BOOK IS NOT REALLY FOR THOSE ON ATKINS DIET WHO ARE IN THE INDUCTION PHASE.....NOT MANY RECIPES AVAILABLE , UNLESS YOU REALLY CUT THE SERVINGS.. IN THE FOLLOWING PHASES OF ATKINS DIET... I WOULD SAY YES, THERE ARE GOOD RECIPES , WITH THE CAL, CARB, PROTEIN BREAKDOWNS.....THEY EXPLAIN WHAT TO EAT.....DANA CARPENDER IS A GOOD BOOK AS WELL. ENJOY THE WATERWALKER
