St Peter's Bacilica. We also found the Berghorsee Gallery inspiring. We walked and walked all over Rome enjoying Bernini's fountains, the ruins of the forum, the colleseum, the Victor Emanual Building, etc, etc. We were immersed in architecture and found Rick Steve's book the best companion. We gave it to an acquaintence when we left and they left it for the next hotel occupant. Thanks so much to B&N and Rick Steves for such a reliable source of informantion.
