Easy to read and great insights caring for self while helping others in ministry. Robert Wicks stress the importance of self-care while under stress in ministry. Great bibliography at the end of the book for further study, reflection on this issue.

An excellent book -- offers practical guidance and pulls in profound spiritual insights. I recommend it for people dealing with a current tough situation, people who have gone through a rough patch in the past, and people who know from experience that a crisis can come at any moment. I have purchased several copies and given them away as gifts.
