Overview

What happened in Vegas should stay there, not follow Amanda home wedded to the man who broke her heart.

After celebrating college graduation with her friends in Las Vegas, Amanda St. Claire wakes up with a terrible hangover and a ring on her finger. Her day gets worse when she finds out she's married to rich playboy Blake Worthington---the guy she has loathed the past four years. Amanda convinces Blake to legally terminate the marriage and they both return home like nothing ever happened. That is, until Blake shows up on her doorstep and Amanda has to come clean with her family.
Together for better or worse while the legalities are cleared, Amanda reluctantly plays along, but then the unthinkable happens---she finds herself falling in love with Blake.
Can they overcome the past? Or will it end their future before it even starts?

Fans of the films What Happens in Vegas and The Prince and Me will find this an enjoyable read.

Ring on Her Finger has one of the best endings I have ever read! It was hard to like Amanda since she was so unforgiving and treated Blake so terribly over a kiss four years prior to the story. It is hard to believe that a true Christian would refuse to see any redeeming qualities in someone trying as hard as Blake was. Amanda needs a tremendous amount of personal growth. I loved Amanda's family. In the end, everything is resolved. This book was a most enjoyable read. I highly recommend it.

Ring on Her Finger is a fun romance that starts with a drunken mistake in Vegas that morphs into a sweet romance. Amanda is the straight laced girl who never seems to make a mistake, she has goals and sticks with the. Blake is a playboy who has more money than he knows what to do with and seemingly no direction in life but to spend it. When Amanda wakes with a hangover and a ring on her finger, she can't remember a minute of the night before, or what possessed her to marry the last man she would ever think to marry. She tells Blake she wants the marriage annulled and they go their separate ways, but Blake's family has had enough of his mistakes and they throw him out with nothing but enough money to get him to Amanda's home. When Blake arrives on her doorstep with his bags and without annulment papers she isn't sure what to do. Now she has to tell her family what happened and introduce them to her husband. Their journey from near annulment to true love just might be too rocky for either of them to travel, but Blake is determined to try, even if Amanda is just as determined to dig in her heels. I really enjoyed this book, more than I even anticipated!

WOW !!! I literally could not put this book down. Lisa Swinton is a best selling author in my opinion. She knows how to tell a story and keep you captive. She has such a way of describing the characters, their surroundings and emotions you cannot help but LOVE Blake and Amanda. Swinton writes with such depth that you can feel the turmoil going through Amanda, the love Blake has for her and you keep reading and turning the pages hoping that it ends well. Add into the mix Amanda's down to earth loving family and Blake's stuck up rich family and their opinions and feelings and it only has you reading faster.  I want to say so much more but I don't want to give too much of the story away. I highly recommend Ring on Her Finger. If you don't love it as much as I did, I will be totally shocked !!  Lisa Swinton has been placed on my top 10 authors list and I'm sure after you read this book I hope she makes your top 10 also !!

An awesome love story! I loved every minute of it and a very hard book to put down. Amanda ends up drunk and married to Blake the millionaire playboy in Vegas. When she finds out she wants a divorce and nothing to do with him. He shows up on her doorstep because his dad has cut him off and he has nowhere else to go. He ends up staying in her parent's house. As each day goes by Amanda starts to see the real Blake and starts to fall in love with him. Can Blake win her over? Read the book today to find out. It will make you laugh and cry and will not disappoint.

4 STARS I liked ring on her Finger. I liked certain characters over others. I really liked Blake the groom. Amanda's family the best. This was fun to read. I loved how well the fundraiser went and wished their was a little more of that. Amanda St. Claire woke up in a hotel room with a hangover. She was not alone in bed. Blake Worthington was asleep. She was wearing a wedding ring and there was a tiara along with a wedding dress. She just graduated from college. She plans to spend the summer at home and then go to Africa to teach how to help babies being born to live. Blake Worthington's family was rich. He knew what he was doing the night before when they were planning the wedding. Amanda wants to end the marriage. When he tells his family what happened in Vegas he was kicked out until he took care of it. Means paying for the divorce. Blake shows up at Amanda's with only the cash in his pocket. My thought process was why not sell the jewelry to pay for legal fees. There would not be a story then. Blake was wrong to marry Amanda when she was not sober. He was trying to make up for that. He was working hard to win her. He sure got injured a lot. Amanda was very set in her ways. I liked how the St. Claire's welcomed him into their home. They cared about Blake fast. Just was a good example. I really liked the ending of the story. This is a clean romance story. I was given this ebook to read so I could give an honest review of Ring on her Finger.
