Yet few understand how the business actually operates- information is given out as needed as one moves through the four phases of management.
I learned everything the hard way, and share the good, the bad, and the ugly truths about what life is like inside "the biz": the ambiguous job ad and interviews, the Day of Observation, the sales tactics, the mindset reframing, the above all, the sacrifices it takes to make it to the top. More than that, it's my personal story, and hopefully a fun read.
