RIPPLES is a small book of poems, thirty in all, that touch on the topics of loneliness, grief, coming out of the closet, and above all, aging. Many of the poems are sad to the point of bleakness; others ring with hope. They all reflect the universal struggle to come to grips with the relentless effects of time and loss that inevitably mark all of our lives.
