About the Author

ANDREW T. FEDE is the author of 'People Without Rights' (1992; Routledge rept. ed. 2011), and articles and essays on legal history. A lawyer since 1982, he now practices in the Hackensack, N.J. office of Archer & Greiner, P.C. Since 1986, Fede has been an adjunct professor at Montclair State University, Upper Montclair, N.J., where he teaches classes in the Department of Political Science and Law.
