This is such a touching story. It’s a story of love, forgiveness and redemption. It reminds me of all the hurting people in the world that have no hope. But it also reminds me of the Hope we have as Christians. To the world around her, Natalie appears to be having the time of her life. Only she knows it is not true. She is haunted by mistakes and choices that she made in the past, and can’t seem to move forward. I love Natalie. She reminds me of high school girls that I have known. They want to be loved, but they go about it the wrong way and end up making a horrible mess of their lives. I think that’s why this story touches me so deeply. It is so real and therefore all the more heartrending. Will Natalie find the strength she needs to turn her life around? Lane is one of the good guys. Actually, he’s almost too good to be true. That is, if you don’t know the love he has in his heart. What will it take for Natalie to see how much he cares? Rodeo Regrets is a romance for our times.
I'm a big fan of the series. And Natalie's character has played the role of villanous in several earlier books. It was so great to see that she had her own story and her own chance at redemption...and love.
