An intelligently written book by a real professional, with straightforward reviews, tasting notes and drinking windows. Israeli wines are obviously much better now than in the past and this book provides a great read and an excellent guide to deciding which wines to buy and which not to buy. Bravo.
Good for the connoiseur or the beginner, a complete and useful guide to everything about Israeli wines. What wines to buy, which to avoid, which to cellar, which to drink now. Best of all, written by a serious critic who obviously loves wine.
Broad in scope, written for either the novice or the experienced wine freak, with detailed tasting notes on just about every Israeli wine on the shelves and some yet to be released. Easy to read, a great guide for buying or just for understanding the Israeliwine scene
