About the Author

A native of Berkeley, California, Dave Weber started his working life as a sports reporter in the Bay Area, covering teams and events at all levels, including Major League Baseball, for several daily newspapers. He later changed careers and was a college basketball coach and athletic director in California and Washington for 25 years. The Oldest Guy Joke is the first of several novels he will publish in the near future. He lives in Lacey, Washington. Widowed, he has a daughter who plays basketball at the NCAA Division I level.
