Kacie Jensen has one main priority in her life: raising her twin daughters, Lucy and Piper. Ever since her ex—the girls’ father—vanished four years ago, Kacie’s sworn to keep her head in her studies and her heart out of trouble. Moving back home to her mother’s bed-and-breakfast had seemed like the best way to start over.

But when hockey star Brody Murphy washes up on the front steps of the Cranberry Inn during a raging storm, he awakens a hunger in Kacie that she’s long forgotten…and he opens her eyes to a life she never thought was possible. With so much more to lose this time around, can Kacie trust her heart to make the right decision?

Room for You is the sweet, tantalizing first novel in bestselling author Beth Ehemann’s heartwarming Cranberry Inn series.

A book that I couldn't put down!  The author has you falling in love with the characters from the first page on. Now I can't wait until the next book is ready so I can see how everyone develops and what happens between Kacie and Zach.

Congrats to Beth Ehemann on her debut! Beautifully written. Made me laugh; made me cry. Related so much to the story in many ways: single mom, dating man without prior marriage, no kids and into hockey in a big way. Cannot wait to read more books written by her.

What can I say. This book had me from page one. I love books that give both sides of the story, not just her's or his. I was so glad this book didn't have a ton of sex in it, it didn't need it. I can't wait to continue this journey with Kacie, Brody and the Twinkies.

Room for You is the debut novel by the wonderful Beth Ehemann! I kept hearing great things about it before it went live and was #1 on my TBR list!  This is the story of Brody and Kacie. Brody is a real "man's man". A professional hockey player who has a fun loving spirit and appears to be the "perpetual bachelor". His life and time consists of hockey, the occasional hookup more hockey, family and friends for this self-described "mama's boy"!  Kacie is a beautiful young mom to "twinkles" Lucy and Piper. She helps mom run the Cranberry Inn and is getting ready for her nursing externship. She is also damaged. Damaged by the relationship with her girl’s father as well as her own. She has a hard time trusting and "panics and runs" it's her defense mechanism "get them before they get me". A horrible rainstorm brings Brody into Kacie's world and their chemistry is apparent! This is a girl that Brody can't stop thinking about, doesn't want to stop thinking about. Kacie is feeling things about Brody that she hasn't felt in a very long time!  I laughed, I got pissed, I cried and laughed some more!  Take a chance on this book and go puddle jumping! For her debut novel, Beth gets a hat trick- great story, well thought out characters and leaves you wanting the next book! I highly recommend this debut novel!

This debut book by Beth Ehemann will not disappoint. This is not your typical romance story. Brody and Kacie have a chance meeting that changes their lives. I love the dynamic of the characters and the fact that single mom Kacie puts her girls first. I couldn't put this book down once I started. Can't wait for more from Beth

Good book. Made me smile as I read it. Only problem.... Tbc...why can't today's authors finish a story in one book?

Room for You by Beth Eheman is a story of Kacie Jensen a young mother of twin who has been trying to pick up the pieces after her dreams were shattered four years ago. Brody Murphy is a professional hockey player who literally lands on her doorstep. Brody brings more to Kacie's life than she might be ready to admit she wants. I love the setting and character. Some of the setting for this story was in a Bed and Breakfast. I love how warm and cozy this setting is. I enjoyed the story even more that Beth Eheman wrote the story from both main characters point of view. While reading this book I laughed, cried and fell in love. If you are looking that book to give a little of everything you will find it with Room for You. The ending truly left me wanting more!

This is another one I had to buy as I was getting ready to color another page in the coloring book. It was a pretty cute read, although I did get a little irritated with the main character for how cautious she was. But fortunately her family and friends knew better than she needed to take the chance. And I really liked Brody. About halfway through she finally got accused of something that I was sure would have happened earlier by his friends or family, but it didn't happen and all of them were pretty cool with her as well. At least his real friends and family were. I also got irritated a bit with some of her self doubt, especially the 2nd time she let the same person cause it. It ends with a bit of a twist, and I'll need to go on to see where that will go next.

I read a lot and I dont usually post comments about anything I've read. That being said.. I absolutely LOVED this book. I was enthralled..couldn't put it down. I laughed until I cried and I cried until my head hurt. (Poor, sweet Piper) I can't wait for more books by this author. I plan to snatch up anything she writes.

I did enjoy the book (probably would give it a 3.5 star rating). Some parts were exceptional while others were not so much. I found Kacie to be aggravating at times. I can see the holding back at first but further into the relationship it was just stupid and annoying. There were times I felt like she just isn't good enough or deserve Brody! Overall to book is good enough to want to finish it and keep going. Didn't realize the story ends on a cliffhanger leading to book two until I got to the end. Nervous for how book two may go considering how flighty Kacie is and with the big thing that happens at the end of book one.

In Room for You we have Kacey a single 24 year old Mom of two (twins) and Brody 27 the hot alpha hockey player. Work in a Bed & Breakfast, the Cranberry Inn, a wicked summer storm and you have all the fixings for a heart warming romance. I love hockey; I’m from Michigan so I think it’s required to own at least 1 piece of Red Wing’s attire, I figured Brody would be a man I could enjoy. And boy I was not wrong. I loved Brody he was so sweet. Plus to add a cherry on top we get his point of view every other chapter which was just amazing. In the beginning I loved Kacey as well. I typically don’t read books with children. I read to escape and books with kids are just too close to my real life, especially if I’m trying to read while my own four year old is screaming for chocolate milk. But these girls, the twinkies were just so adorable. They were worked into the story perfectly, if you are like me and normally not a fan of kids in books don’t let that hold you up this time. For the first part (and most of) this book I smiled my whole way through. That is until 24 year old Kacey gets annoying. You see, Kacey plays the whole ‘no talking, let’s just run away with no trust’ card and quite frankly I am SO SICK AND TIRED OF READING THIS PLOT LINE. I enjoy a little resistance I think it adds to the story, but there comes a point when it just makes me hate the heroine and Kacey hit that level then kept right on going. Kacey lies to Brody, refuses to admit her feelings, makes him jump through hoops, and believes random girls over the person she supposedly loves. Yeah, that sounds a lot like love to me… eye roll. I did enjoy this book. I think if it hadn’t been for the behavior of Kacey Room for You would have been at least a 4.5 (if not higher) rating for me. I didn’t want to stop reading once I was started. There is a mini cliffhanger in Room for You, but nothing that is bad at all or makes it so you have to read the next book right away, but just in case you do the series is complete.
