I found Dr Rosedale's Diet book an interesting read, but not a diet that I found easily implemented. There is too much protein in the diet that can cause acidosis in the body. I verified my impressions with the use of a ph test that tested my body as too acidic.

This is a knowledgable and readable book that everyone should read. I followed the plan and no longer had Diabetes II after about 2 months. Diet is not difficult I lost 40 lbs in the process. Nothing else ever worked like this. Highly recommended. Sharon RN MSN

My husband bought the book to help him learn how to eat right and turn off the cravings that he gets from sugar. He refers back to the book alot and the information that isprovided. He is usig the infomation to create a healthier self.
