Royal Love! Nana Malone does it again! She knows ho to bring the Royals to life with the right amount of fun, sexiness, and adventure. Roone is on the job. He is set to protect his best friend's sister and unfortunately, he is not one of her favorite people. But that doesn't deter him (or his heart) from making sure that Jessa is safe. Jessa knows just how to take care of herself, but she is also wise enough to know that sometimes she has to follow the rules. Jessa & Roone will quickly become your next favorite Royal Pair! The two find a way to make you love them! Bring on the Royals. Can't wait for the next part!

Royal Tease by Nana Malone is the first book in a new duet titled Royals United . This series is connected to other Royal series by this author but can completely be read as a standalone duet. Told in dual POV between Roone, the bodyguard undercover to protect a princess that doesn't know her true heritage, and Jessa, the lost princess who is battling her own demons and is determined to keep everyone, especially Roone, at a distance. With some hilarious interactions between the stubborn Roone and sassy Jessa, and also between Roone's undercover partner in charge of the mission Ariel, this book has sass, sex, steam, and drama making it a wonderful story and I'm eager for the conclusion in Teasing The Princess. Enjoy!

I loved this book. I’m hooked on the Royal Series, and thoroughly enjoyed this latest story. I love how the storyline had developed and you still get a lil taste of the characters from the previous books all through this one. I knew that I was gonna love Roone after reading Sebastian and Lucas’s stories. What’s not to love when a confident, sexy man meets his match in a badass confident female. Roone + Jesse = fireworks I cant wait to see kind of journey Nana has planned for Roone and Jesse in the next book!

Total 4.5 star read!! I absolutely adore this series about the Royal family of the Winston Isles. Royal Tease focuses on Roone and Jessa. Although I am sure you can read this one as a stand alone, I highly implore you to read the series from the beginning, starting with Royals Uncover. I promise you, you will not be sorry. This story did not start out as action packed as some of the other ones in the series, but, boy oh boy, does Nana Malone make up for it at the end!! HOLY SMOKES!! She really knows how to keep her readers coming back for more!! Roone, who is a Royal Guard and the best friend of the King and Prince, is about as straight-laced and by the book as they come, so would expect Roone to fall off track, but that is exactly what happens once he sets sights on Jessa. Roone has been tasked with duty to protect her from known and unknown enemies alike despite the fact that poor Jessa has no idea about who she really is. However, Jessa is a strong, fiercely independent woman, who also happens to be very leery about things, so she is not falling for just anything. Yet, these two are seriously attracted to each other. So, we are left with Roone and Jessa facing a huge dilemma. I seriously cannot wait for the conclusion to Roone and Jessa's story in Teasing the Princess.

Only Look Forward This was an exceptional and mesmerising story and one that I thoroughly enjoyed reading. The plot has a lot to offer and is very intriguing. More importantly and totally unexpected is the conclusion, which definitely leaves behind an air of mystery. There are so many facets to the book that when combined bring together a very captivating and enthralling story, which held my interest throughout. This is certainly a book I would have no hesitation in recommending. As Royal Guards, Ariel and Roone’s mission is to protect Jemma, the lost Princess, and to this end they integrate themselves into Evans PR; Ariel as a client, working on an exclusive dating application, and Roone as a new colleague to work alongside Jemma. It soon becomes apparent that Evan, one of the partners, has a more than professional interest in Jemma and his unsavoury background is a cause for concern. After a lifetime of moving from place to place, Jemma finally has roots; working for Evans PR for the last 3-years has given Jemma a stability she has never had before. Her whole life has been spent with people telling her what to do, bossing her around and forcing her into compliance. This is not what she wants; she needs her freedom and for whatever reason she is finding it difficult to trust Roone and her disdain is evident. Roone knew Jemma was stubborn, obstinate and always thought she knew what was best, but she is also insightful, smart and has good instincts; she knew what to fight for, knew what mattered and while Roone shouldn’t have feelings for her, he did. Jemma realizes she may have misjudged Roone; she thought he was out to steal her clients. It is only through their organized dates and subsequent connection that they see each other differently; one that brings them closer together. Jemma had always been her father’s number one concern, but she had never given his delusions any credence; she never took him seriously, never believed him when she should have. For once Jemma wants to take a risk, but should she really have let her guard down; now it has only put her in jeopardy. Roone has been lying, keeping the truth away from Jemma, but when other factors come to light it is time for him to be honest with her. Will Jemma listen to Roone, or is it too late to finally confess what he has wanted to tell her all along? A copy of this book was provided to me with no requirements for a review. I voluntarily read this book and my comments here are my honest opinion.

Page turner. Fun. Royal. Beauty. Excitement. Nana Malone has done it all over again. This time we get a royal she. . . 4 - 4.5 stars of great royal interaction Jessa and Roone . .. Jessa was all that was strong, independent, smart, sassy, sexy, feisty, self-assured . . . and a challenge for one Roone. These two together find that this was not just a simple little game of life. There was so much more. Dive in and see what Jessa and Roone have to show you and do be ready to be on the edge. There will be more to come.

What I really enjoy about this author's writing is that whenever I read one of her books I just fall in love with the whole idea of love again. Royal Tease is a fun read, Roone is a great character, I couldn't help fall for him but at the same time wouldn't have minded ruffling his feathers to see what is under that "by the book" exterior and that is exactly what Jessa manages to do. I liked her as well, she was feisty and a take no nonsense kind of girl. Their journey together was extremely well told, full of great dialogue, drama, hidden agendas and secrets that really need to see the light of day.

I loved Royal Tease. It’s funny, sweet and suspenseful. The chemistry between Roone and Jessa is wonderful. I loved their banter. You could feel the attraction and adoration between the two coming of the pages. Their story has some great twists that keep the reader on the edge of their seat trying to figure out what’s going to happen next. I can’t wait for the next book.

Roone's job is to protect Jessa per King Sebastian. He was not ready for Jessa and her smart mouth and independence. These two did not plan on falling for each other. Roone and Jessa have great chemistry (love/hate relationship). I enjoyed the constant back and forth between these two. I loved the story and am ready for more.

Love the Royal series and Royal Tease is not an exception. Ronne has a very difficult if not impossible job to do, protect the long lost princess, and in doing so not falling in love with her. Jessa considers herself no princess, she has had to work hard for what she wants and really hates the nickname, specially when Roone is the one to call her princess. She has suffer much in her life with the constant movings escaping the mysterious men that wanted to take her away and her father's illness, but it all seems that he was not as mad as it appeared & must people might thought, something that she will discover a bit too late. This love / hate relationship of these two co workers and neighbours will be a fun ride that will leave you wanting more from Jessa and Roone, specially after the incredible cliffhanger..... This is an amazing, sexy story with great new characters to fall in love with and some returning one that we already love. Filled with passion, love / hate, romance, unexpected surprises, and new information this story will keep you at the edge of your seat, wanting to know right away what will happen with Jessa and Roone.

Royal Tease is Roone and Jessa’s story. This story had me hooked from the beginning!!! I loved Roone since Sebastian’s story and I love him as the lead character in this series. Jessa is the missing princess but has no idea. We learn her backstory and how she has an unusual childhood and difficulties with her father. Roone and Ariel are working together undercover and their banter is perfect. The introduction and development of Roone and Jessa’s relationship is fantastically written and very believable. Jessa has some brushes with danger and there are so many different players that I cannot wait until the next book. Also this was left with the biggest cliffhanger that has me on the edge of my seat!!! Another great read from Ms. Malone!

Nanna Malone has done it again. I fall in love with her books almost from the first word to the last. This book was no exception. I now need the next book in this set... The way it ended???? OML.. Come on? How long do we have to wait? I was waiting to hear how they were going to work Roone into the Royals series when I first started reading the Royals series. They have all been amazing, and this one is just as great as the rest. This is a slow and steady kind of romance building with Roone who promises to take care of the long-lost Princess, and Jessa is a badass who can take care of herself thanks to her father and all of the stories he has told her and the way he acted all her life. So, when Roone meets Jessa and feels an attraction right off he knows he is in trouble, but he fights it as he made a promise to the King and Prince to protect the Princess. This one has an amazing ending and I really need to get to the next book now and get to reading as I am just waiting for it. This one has me hanging on tooth and nail to see how things are going to go. I hope the next book is out soon.

Loved this warmhearted romance with Roone and Jessa! Jessa has a very different "lost royal" story than that of her brother, Lucas, and it's every bit as intriguing and surprising as his. As the king's best friend, Roone knows that his job is just to monitor and protect the princess - nothing more - but the red-hot chemistry between them quickly takes the place of reason and self-restraint. As we've come to expect with this series, the conflicts are multi-layered and full of twists and turns. The writing is perfectly on-point and the characters jump of the page and into the reader's heart. It's another terrific romance, and I'm looking forward to reading its conclusion. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.

The chemistry between Roone and Jessa can be felt from their first encounter. The first installment of their story doesn't disappoint. Jessa is unaware of the truth of her family. Roone has to pretend to be someone else and get close to Jessa. You know that when Jessa finds out there is going to be hell to pay. She is related to Sebastian and Lucas. =) The story moves quickly and is a fun read. I enjoyed learning more about Roone's family, but hope to learn more. I am also hoping Ariel gets a story or a happy ending too....maybe a future story? Can't wait for part two of this duet! I received an advance copy for an honest review.

Un-freaking-believable. I cannot believe the author left me hanging like that. How could she? I mean, is he or isn't he? I feel like I'm swinging from a trapeze with no net below and praying I don't fall. This story is incredible with suspense, mayhem, love, adventure, lies and half truths, and secrets. Will Jessa and Roone survive all of the lies and secrets? Was her father as paranoid as everyone thought or was he more sane than believed? Stay tuned for the conclusion to this story. If you don't like cliffhangers then hang on to this book until the sequel comes out. But you definitely want to read this story.

I absolutely love this book. This is book 1 of Roone and Jessa's story. I wasn't expecting to love Roone as much as I do Sebastian and Lucas but I do. Roone is the rule follower, he likes being open and honest. He is sent to protect the lost princess Jessa but as soon as she opens her smart mouth and doesn't take his take charge ways. He falls a little in love right than and there. After what happen with Lucas, Roone doesn't want to take any chances with Jessa. So he is asked to find away to get close to her but Jessa is very cautious after moving from place to place all her life and being taught never to trust anyone from her father she never lets anyone in. But with all the suspicious things happening to her, she is beginning to believer her fathers ramblings. The more time they spend together the stronger the attraction to the point that they can no longer deny their feelings for one another. At times I was so immersed in what was happening in a scene I felt like I was there with them. the feeling between Roone and Jessa made the sex scenes combustible. Hey Roone's the man. I love that Jessa is strong but I hated that she was afraid and didn't want to fall into the conspiracy theory like her father. she didn't want to become him. Now I needed to know what happen with Roone and his family. Why he doesn't feel good enough for her? He is a good man otherwise he wouldn't be the Kings best mate. Sill the mystery surrounding the royal family continues by the end of the book my mouth hit the floor and my heart is racing. I'm just screaming NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! Wow Nana you did you thing, you have my on the edge of my seat. January is to far away.

I can always count on Nana Malone to give me wonderful characters and a story I can get lost in, and I certainly found that here. Roone is all alpha male and has the attitude to back it up, and Jessa has enough sass to keep him on his toes, which makes for terrific banter and wit. There's also plenty of chemistry between this pair, so of course, they generate lots of steam no matter how hard they try to avoid it. There's just a couple of problems with that - Jessa is royalty and Roone's best friend's sister, a double whammy on the no-no scale. If you're familiar with the author's past Royal duets, you already know there's still danger lurking in the shadows and Roone's focus is supposed to be on protecting Jessa, so we get some danger with our romance. There's also another possible threat, plus the fact that Jessa doesn't trust easily. This is the beginning of a duet, so expect a cliffy that leaves you chomping at the bit for what comes next. All in all, another great couple in another entertaining story from this author.

Each royal duet Nana Malone writes just gets better and better! Royal Tease was intriguing, seductive, and a completely alluring forbidden romance! If you’ve read the previous duets, Royals Undercover & Royals Undone, then you’ll know this is Jessa’s story. And just like the previous books, this story is full of unknown threats, secrets, and undeniable passion. Jessa and Roone have a unique relationship. From the get-go, I was completely smitten with Roone. I mean, COME ON….a man who dedicates his life to protecting others, with a sexy, charismatic disposition, and anyone would have trouble not falling for him. Setting aside his charm and ruggedly handsome good looks, Roone was funny, a bit arrogant, and possessed a heart of gold. He can be my bodyguard ANY day! And Jessa was undoubtedly his equal. A strong, independent, and feisty character, she sure gave as good as she got when it came to Roone. I absolutely LOVE how the author writes her female characters as take-charge, intelligent, and tenacious women. A woman doesn’t need a man to always save the day. Sometimes, she can handle problems herself. Sometimes, she can face situations head on and get the job done. Sometimes, SHE can be the hero. And the author clearly writes her female characters that way, with heart, compassion, and grace. The storyline embodies somewhat similar qualities as the previous duets. Danger lurks in the shadows and there are more questions than answers as to what, or who, the real threat is. The underlying suspense kept me wondering what was going to happen next. And as more and more was revealed, the more and more I was swept up in the story. Emotional, thrilling, and passionate, Royal Tease was exactly the start I was hoping for from Jessa and Roone’s story. And after that EPIC cliffhanger I was left with, I’m dying for all the answers and for Teasing the Princess to mend my heart after this book shattered it to pieces. 5 Stars!

When it comes to fun flirty romance Nana Malone has you covered. Royal Tease is no exception to this. I mean Roone is an undercover bodyguard, friends to the prince and guarding his little sister I mean how could boundaries possibly get confusing here. How about we get Roone and Jessa to live next to each other and work together as well as if things weren't complicated enough for them... As you can see Nana Malone has intertwined a pair of characters which leads to much hilarity and fun. Check it out to see how they combust.

4.5 Royal Stars! I absolutely adored this forbidden romance! It was funny, sweet, breathtaking and very sexy! We first met Roone as Sebastian's best friend and Royal Guard in the Royals Undercover series. He always intrigued me, and I was very excited to finally read more about him. Roone is direct, honest, chivalrous, and very sexy. When he accepts Sebastian's request to protect the royal Princess, Jessa, he never imagined she would challenge him like she did. She was feisty, smart, and conniving, and would do whatever it took to win. She thwarted him at every turn, and he was frustrated and turned on in equal measure! Jessa never had stayed long in any city, always prepared to move at a moments notice. She didn't understand her fathers quirks, but loved him enough to do as he asked. Now this infuriating, take charge, sexy man is making her want things she never dreamed were possible. As she entertains a future, things start happening that could jeopardize her life. This is another sweet, witty, suspenseful story that will leave you stunned and begging for the next book!

Roone's story! Yay! I fell for Roone in the last series. Personal guard for the royal family. His new assignment is protecting the secret princess. Yes, Lucas and Sebastian have a sister who has no idea she is the daughter of the dead King and half-sister to the new king. Rumors of a threat to her have a team undercover guarding her. Roone follows the rules. He keeps telling himself he can't have her. The conversations with himself are funny and very personal. He is placed in the same PR company as a co-leader. Not that she's happy about it. Jessa is witty and a little snarky. She's gorgeous and funny. All the things Roone can't resist. He wants to tell her the truth, however, he's outvoted and has to continue to pretend. A work test puts them on several mandatory dates where they learn more about each other and just how compatible they are in every way. She doesn't want to break the company rules about fraternizing and lose the security of her job. Her youth was spent moving over and over. Finally, she has a home and a job that means everything. Will Roone be able to convince her to give them a chance while keeping secrets and protecting her and searching for her enemies? Both Roone and Jessa captured my heart. I wanted them to find their happiness. Will they? Will the enemy interfere? What about the deception? Will she find out and lose her trust in him? Gonna have to wait for the next book to find out for sure. Excellent storytelling, building characters and capturing the reader for the next book. I strongly recommend Royal Tease.

I've heard love described as a losing game. Although there may be some truth to that, I have always thought we give out what we take in. It's easier to fall in love, but not so easy to walk away. We enter romance seeing what we want to see, but when we walk away we leave strong feelings behind. Royal Tease is the story of two strangers trying to make sense. Jessa and Reese are thrown together with the best of intentions and torn apart by deceit. Malone is masterful when it comes to seducing her readers. She's so good that I never see what's standing right in front of me. Heartache and a surprise ending.
