About the Author
Born in San Diego and raised in Oklahoma, Lily and Addison love their summer adventures, which always seem to take them close to the ocean. Three years ago, they wrote about their adventures at surf camp. Last year, they told of their tales in Hawaii and their effort to save the green sea turtles. This year comes a subject that is close to their heart. Lily and Addison have been going to SeaWorld San Diego since they were a month old. Each year, their Grammy and Pops would buy them season passes, and each trip to San Diego would include several visits to SeaWorld. Their Aunt Kelly was even a trainer at SeaWorld for five years.
Lily and Addison are two well-travelled ten- and eight-year-olds, but SeaWorld San Diego is their favorite place to visit because of the hands-on exhibits, behind-the-scenes opportunities, and first-class educational opportunities SeaWorld provides. This year, Lily and Addison wanted to create an educational book about marine life once again through their favorite story book character, Ruby the giraffe.
Thank you, Grammy, Pops, and the rest of the family, for always providing an endless summer!
