Major Disappointment. It was the full length Laurens novel--the Reasons for Marriage. Plus two short stories. I already owned the old, old Reasons for Marriage. Not enough story in the others. Shame on the publisher for pulling this stunt--kind of like they did with the Louis La'Mor series. Shame on B & N for not putting original paper or hard copy print dates instead of Nook dates.

Was hopping for three great short stories, but ended up being disappointed. The first story was the best and could have been sold on its own as a standalone book. The second and third stories were just 5 teaser chapters. The second story was not very good; I read chapter one was not impressed and went to the last story in the book. The last story was good. It had a great plot and I really wish the author had taken the time to develop it into a standalone book. Resolving 4 years of what seem like unrequited love between 2 people in five short chapters felt like cheating the reader out of a great love story.

I did not enjoy this book. The first story I did enjoy because it was written by Stephanie Laurens. The second story I gave up in chapter two. The third I could not even finish the prologue. Waste of money.

The same story was under a previous title The Reason for Marriage, which I read. It's a good love story. Just sorry that you changed the title of the book. I have read most of Stephanie Laurens books, and have enjoyed them. There just was not enough information for the characters in the book for me to pick up the story, since it was a preorder.

Reprint of a Stephanie Laurens, which sucked, BUT...the other two stories, especially the Unlaced one, were exceptional enough for me to give this a five.

Honestly i hate that there are indeed three different stories combined to make this book. I personally only reccomend the first book, unless you have a twisted mind. The first book was suitable i liked it , kinda draggs on in the begining, but it was good. Love the way it was always describing the characters. Hate how the writer didn't describe seenery more perspectivly. Wonderful character creation , i'm a little jealous of Jason. Might use some tips from this book. I'd love to add how i didn't like the timeline's begining. If i were you i wouldn't even glance at a page of the other two stories in the book, they are quite sickoning to think of at this moment as i'm replaying the thoughts that passed in my mind while reading.ummm Overall i say the writer needs to realize what they are writing, when they are writing, and how they are writing it. This is SUPER-GIRL saying the book was good. But not good enought. ;)
