I am evaluating the purchase of a local bar, that has been closed for several years. I found this book very informative in explaining the challenges and benefits of opening my own bar. The book provided the steps necessary to successfully evaluate and compile the information necessary to create a business plan. I also especially appreciated the availability of web sites provided to locate bar equipment and industry organizations necessary in my purchase preparation. A great read for would-be bar owners!
