Third book in the series. Keeps you on edge with a lot of the unexpected. Really enjoyed it.

I have read 1, 2, & 3 in the Chosen series, along with the 3 shorts. Each book has been a nonstop, addictive thrill ride. I find it almost impossible to put down each book.

In most sequels the author cannot rely on the plot action alone to take it to the next level. This author paints vivid pictures and excells at creating action. Where she comes across as just average is in character development through dialogue. I think it's because the author paired the protagonists (Emma and Will) with very shallow antagonists (Raphael and James). The dialogue seems forced and character interactions are not that interesting. I couldn't put the first book down. This one I had to force myself to finish.

Amazing! Sacrifice is a great continuation of the Chosen set and the tension building up to the end of the series is evident in this book. Things are starting to set in place although new crazy twists and turns happened that I was not expecting at all. I was so engrossed in this book that I couldn’t put it down until the end and I’m only taking a break to write this review before I dive right in to the next book. I know the series will only get better from here and I can’t wait to see the conclusion.

I don't even know what to say about this lol. I was so heartbroken! I wanted to throw the book, I was upset, sad, hoping against hope and then cheering. And then sad, and cheering, and mangling my nails waiting for it all to come together. Get a box of tissues ladies and gents, this is a good one.
