Every recipe I've made has been amazing. I get recipe requests at every event I bring a salad to now. The only down side is that we can no longer eat restaurant salads.
This Salad Days cookbook is terrific! The full color photos show each recipe is easy and tasty. I gave it out as teachers' gifts at our school after I received one as a gift.
