Mr. Powers began consulting to Pulte Homes 1991 where he worked with a team to design and lead quality processes that set new standards in residential home building. These transformative programs helped one of America's largest homebuilders to sell and build an exceptional culture of customer-driven quality evident by J.D. Power Ratings. Prior to his home building experience, Mr. Powers achieved unprecedented instructional and sales leadership success in his decade long tenure in a world-renowned training organization teaching leadership, management and sales courses. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Eastern Michigan University where he worked his way through college selling homes.
