He is responsible for the SAP Technology Business Unit, concentrating on SAP NetWeaver-related projects, and in one year built a highly qualified team of nearly 40 technical consultants to complement the company's successful SAP application consulting, both in Spain and in the other countries where CIBER is present. Besides his management and sales duties, Hernandez has been a senior SAP technical consultant, expert in SAP implementation issues and project management with a solid background and experience in multiple international SAP projects since 1994.
