I was in the bookstore the other day and spotted this book and just had to write. I am appalled that a woman as overweight as this is on the cover of a book called "Get Skinny Again". At first I thought it was a joke. I am not buying the "skinny is a feeling" argument. Skinny is low body fat. Period. In my opinion this book encourages obesity by telling overweight women everywhere its okay to stay this big. So what if she feels skinny while still being huge? Her feelings aren't going to help someone avoid all the health problems associated with obesity. I am curious if she ever discloses her actual height and weight and bodyfat percentage? In my opinion this book is a joke.
