This was a great read! Sadie is such a giving person. She has sacrificed and given so much to her sisters. I loved the relationship they shared. Their bond was strong and very special. After all that Sadie had been through, I was so happy that she had found Ashton. I could tell immediately how in love they were. He completely accepted her and loved her for exactly who she was. He is amazing! His mother, however, is awful! She is judgmental and arrogant, and I really did not like her. For Ashton’s sake, Sadie tried to get along with her, but really started losing herself in the process. She was also dealing with her Aunt Cathy suddenly being back in her life. She was working through so many different emotions, but they brought her to a better sense of herself. There was such a sweet ending! Ashton took his mom’s ability to pressure Sadie right out of the picture and I loved it! What a great way to start to the Magnolias and Moonshine series! I’m really looking forward to reading more. I was given a copy of the book. I voluntarily reviewed it and have given my honest opinion.
