Savage Lover (Savage Angels MC #4) by Kathleen Kelly

Kade Cantrill is a soldier, a nomad without a Chapter to call home. The Savage Angels MC have welcomed him to Tourmaline though he has never felt compelled to stay in one place for long. But that was before he met her. If there’s one person who can convince Kade to stay, it’s Destiny Bennett.

Minions of Death have a new leader, Adriel.  Their numbers have increased and he’s going to take back all the business the Savage Angels stole from his club. Adriel intends to start a war and he doesn’t care who or what gets in his way. Least of all, Destiny.

Destiny Bennett has always attracted the bad boys and when she finds herself at the center of an MC war, Kade must act quickly to save her from the wrath of Adriel.

Will this Savage Lover expel his own demons to be the one Destiny needs to heal her brokenness? Or will Kade continue to allow his past to haunt him and extinguish any hope of a happily ever after?

Another excellent one in this series. Loved it, was full time engaged. There were a few surprises that I didn't expect. Can't wait to read the next book in the series. mjw

Kane and Zeke really grow as characters in this book as far as the MC story goes, but the relationship with Kane and Destiny is lacking real emotion for me. Still enjoyed this book.

I have read this entire series of Savage, and have loved every book. Kat, a rockstar, has had to learn to adjust to luve as a MC presidents wife. Book 1 thru 3 was mostly about Dane and Kat with tidbits about Dane's MC club and Kats eccentric manager and band members. Savage Love, the fourth book in this series, took quite a turn from the other books in this series. I think this was the best book so far! Kathleen Kelly really showed the battle that Dane has been dealing with in turing his club into the total opposite of what you think of when thinking of an MC club. I am anxiously waiting on the next book in this series! The ending of this book made me so mad, but longing for so much more. I want more information on Zeke, Kade and Destiny. I was a little disappointed that Truth and his girl were not mentioned a lot in this book.

Great read as always with this author. This one was a little bit more emotional. You left us hanging though.

I have loved this series even if it's not all sunshine and roses. I have come to care about these characters. Even had tears of sadness and happiness during this read and that rarely happens. I wish I could meet a guy who cared for me the way these guys do. Can't wait for the next one!

I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review... The Savage Angels MC is under attack and they don't know by who or why. When they start attacking the women it gets real. The MC locks down hard to protect their own but Dane seems to lose focus of his most important task Kat. Can the MC recover from another loss? Will the town continue to support them? It's a brutal attack that just keeps coming. Many will fall. This is another fantastic read by Kathleen Kelly.

First off I love this series so much. This book is fantastic. All has been quiet for the club since Kat and Dane’s wedding. They took most of the Death Minions out and haven’t heard anything from them since until now. The Death Minions have got a new leader, Adriel and his is determined to get back what they lost. First the shoot up the Cherry, then there are a series of attacks on the Savage Angels. Destiny is the lead act at the Cherry and Adriel has set his eyes on her. She is attacked and then gets in a car accident on her way to tell Kade and Dane. Kade and Zeke find her and call an ambulance. When she wakes she has an attachment to Kade that wasn’t there before. She has always thought he was attractive but never let him know before. Kade has always had a thing for Destiny and finding her like that does something to him. Someone is after his club and his girl. He isn’t sure why Destiny is so attached to him now but he doesn’t mind it at all. Kade, Zeke, and JJ have been nomad and are hoping to finally find a home with Dane and his MC. Will they be able to figure out who is after the club before it’s too late? Will this be the start of something between Kade and Destiny? It was great getting to read about the MC again. All the characters in this series are fantastic and I love getting to learn more about a few them with each new book. I can’t wait for more books in this series. Kathleen is a fantastic author and the world she creates with each book makes you wish you could be a part of it. Adriel is a crazy and just wants revenge on the Savage Angels. But does he have enough men to see this war through? Dane and Kat’s relationship is talked about as well in the book and we are left with a bit of a cliff hanger. I was torn with what happened with them during this book; which is just another reason I can’t wait for the next book. I can’t say enough about this series or Kathleen Kelly. I was given this book in return for an honest review.

My Rating: 4.5 Favorite Quotes: “You tell me when and where you need me to be and I’ll be there. I love you Kat and I don’t want anything or anyone to come between us, nothing is more important to me than you…” “It’s always the way with this guy I don’t know whether to punch him or shake his hand.” “If I get to do this for the rest of my life it won’t be long enough.” My Review: I read all four books to complete this review – nearly 1000 pages of MC drama, rockers, sexiness, alpha men, sweet romance, lies, deception, betrayal, secrets, criminal activity, and serious hawtness. I enjoyed Ms. Kelly’s humor, witty banter between the players, and her quirky characters of both the band and MC members. There were several main players to track but it was not a hardship and each book was an easy to follow and engaging story. I am totally snared and on the hook with this unique group, but also heartbroken at how the tale left me hanging. Hurry Ms. Kelly, I am tapping my little foot and nearly foaming at the mouth for the next installment.
