About the Author

Ever find it hard to talk about yourself? Yeah, I have that problem, too. I have been married to my soulmate for almost 8 years, who wouldn't pick up a book unless promised that it was filled with pictures. I have a beautiful 6 year old daughter, Riley, that talks too much and has a very vivid imagination. I have no clue where she got those traits. My step-son, Hayden, is 15 and very into football and hunting. I am a CNC Machinist by day, and a writer of romance with a paranormal twist, by night and weekend. If you enjoy a great love story with a massive amount of drama about angels, demons, ghosts, vampires, witches and fairy tale creatures brought to life through a twisted mind, then you might just enjoy reading my work. Save My Soul is only one of six novels I have created so far, and it happens to be the first one that I self-published.

Save My Soul is fantastic! Kendra is in a horrible rappelling accident and ends up on Dr Chamberlain's operating table, where she can hear everything, knows she has died, and meets her, and his, guardian angel. Dr Chamberlain, Adam, has almost completely lost his soul to hell, to his guardian demon, and his guardian angel talks Kendra into trying to get his soul back to the good side in exchange for another week of living. If she can save his soul, she can continue to live, and they'll both go to heaven when their time comes. If she can't save his soul, he will not only lose his soul to Lucifer, but so will she, in seven days. And adding to it all, Adam is Kendra's soul mate, and he's a complete jerk to her, and she learns that her own guardian angel, Rhyan, is in love with her, and she loves him too. Lots of struggling with emotions, great characters, even the evil Murry, along with a new twist on the whole guardian angel thing, make this into a great story.

A must read! Saving my soul was a wonderful, thought provoking book. The story begins with Kendra, an independent woman who has a near death accident. In order to keep living, she must agree to save the soul of the surgeon who saved her life. Her surgeon, Adam, no longer believes in God. Her guardian angel gives Kendra one week to help Adam find love and faith, or both their souls will be lost. Determined to save her soul and Adam's, Kendra discovers her soul mate and true love. This is a beautifully written story that will keep you wondering what is going to happen next...a suspenseful romance. I could not stop reading it. I highly recommend this novel. I have to say that I identified with the male protagonist in that there are reasons people lose faith. Yet, sometimes they find their way back...sometimes with a little help from love.

My Thoughts Well I really enjoyed this book. I was honored that I was one of the very first to read it. Kristie has definitely put a new spin on Angels. She has set a good story line with awesome characters who are in no way perfect, but if they where perfect then this story would not have been a gripping read. Kendra our heroine is unlike any other heroine. She has to make Dr. Chamberlain believe in something that he has not believed in in many years. She needs him to believe in god in order to save both of their souls. Getting Dr. Chamberlain to believe again is easier said then done. There are many twist and turns in this story that will leave you wanting to read more and more. This is a definite page turner so make sure you go grab yourself a copy today.

Angels, devils what's not to like. Audio version. Loved this story. But I don't understand why she'd loose her soul for agreeing to try to save someone else's soul. The narrator pulls you into the story with the first sentence. Reasons I enjoyed this book: Happily Ever After, Witty, Romantic, Wonderful characters, Page-turner, Great world building, Unpredictable, Original, Easy-to-read, Entertaining, Action-packed, Twisted, Steamy, Whimsical. This Audio book was given to me for free at my request from the publisher, author or narrator and I provided this unbiased voluntary review.

I really enjoyed this book. It has some twist and turns in it that you don’t expect yet you can’t help but want to know what is going to happen next. It is funny, exciting, fast and playful all at the same time. It captured my attention from the beginning to the end and kept me wanting more. Once I started reading it, I didn’t want to put the book down, in fact I can’t wait for the next book to see what happens next. If you like books about angels then you are sure to love this one.

Save My Soul was a great book. It had me hooked from the first chapter. I don't usually read books about angels unless the are fallen angels so this was a change for me. I really liked it though. There was lots of action and kept me reading and wanting more. The Characters are all very likable, except for the ones that your not suppose to like. Overall I really enjoyed this book and can not wait to finish the second one, Hell's Gate to see what happens further.

Pleasantly Surprised. This is a very enjoyable faced paced thriller. I rolled my eyes when I first saw how many chapters were in the book. Fifty, plus an epilogue? No! Say it ain't so because I had just tried to read two other women's books and there was no flow. Way too much fluff and superfluous descriptions. So, with a tired right finger I started clicking and clicking and clicking! Before I knew it, I was 30% complete and fully engrossed. The stories star Kendra Larkin endures what appears to be a random climbing accident. She knows she's in the ER by the sounds and commotion. But why are all the sounds so clear? Yes, why? But this is no ordinary ER operation. No, not at all. Imagine being awake while the surgeon and his nurses try and bring you back from the dead, not once, not twice, how about three times. Kendra finds out she has seven days to save the surgeon's soul. If she fails, the surgeon and her souls will be damned for all eternity. That's a pretty good plot line, but it gets thicker. Kendra is torn internally with deep love desires for three men: the surgeon, an attending nurse and her guardian angel and she has seven days to save a soul? For a gal who thought a relationship was kept to friends with benefits, she's about to be thrown into a whirlwind of emotions her soul has never experienced. The only drawback to the story was the end. I won't spoil it, but it left me a little flat. Other than that, gals are going to love this story. It is fast paced and packed with emotions and action. Well done Kristie.
