About the Author

Dear Readers,

Did you love to read fairytales when you were a kid? What was your favorite one? I’ve always been a fan of fairytales, but never explored beyond the well-known ones that I grew up hearing. Participating in the Beyond Fairytales series gives me a chance to try something new.

Saving Sultan is inspired by The Grimm Brother’s tale Old Sultan. If you get a chance, I recommend you check it out. It’s a quick read about an old dog and sneaky wolf.

Hopefully, as you read Saving Sultan you’ll get a chance to see the correlation between the two tales. Thank you so much for checking out Saving Sultan.

I’d love to chat with you about Saving Sultan and fairytales in general.

Jennah Scott has two HOT Texas men who find each other after being best friends in High School. Dillion comes home to save the family ranch and Liam is at the bank that holds the note. They come back together after the fear of being young and interested in each other has kept them apart. This is a fun, good read about ranchers in Texas. If hot cowboys are your thing, be sure and give this a try. Thanks Jennah Scott & Good Writing

I was provided a copy in exchange for an honest review. Saving Sultan just hit all the right notes with me.  It is a story of second chances and first loves.  And cowboys...  I love cowboys!  There was just enough heat and romance, even if Dillon was slightly neurotic and needed to take a few deep breaths and stop pacing!  My main complaint is the length.  I wanted more.  It could have easily been a full-length novel and held my interest with no problem.  I look forward to reading more from Ms Scott!

I was given a copy of this book by the author in exchange for a review. This review will contain NO spoilers!! Overall this book is very well written with few errors. I like the plot and characters. Where this book lacks is in the back story and length of the book. As I was reading I felt that had I known more of the past story the reactions by the MC's might make more sense. Based on the length there is no time for development either in the plot of the story or for any of the characters. There were a few times I was even a bit lost as to why something happened or a character reacted the way they did. I did like the majority of the story, it was just lacking overall. If the author chooses to add more to this story and fill in the blanks, I'm sure it will be a good story.
