I spent half the book hating the main female character because she was such a brat. She redeemed herself slightly at the end of the book, but still I was not as invested in the characters as I usually am in Jo Beverly's books. I did enjoy the way that they punished the bad guy at the end.

I liked the solid plotting, real comprehensible attraction between the hero and heroines, and that the heroine is part of a family and that there are friends and relatives involved in the storyline.

Interesting plot and quite informative. Wish there was a bit more passion between the main characters Dracey and Lady May. LORRAINE
