Screams of the Soul, The Brotherhood of Death is a book written through the many experiences in the life of a raging dreamer. Lisa Skaggs was born in Fayetteville, North Carolina and grew up in parts of Texas and South Carolina. She graduated high school and entered the military, where she worked as a Medical Service Specialist. After receiving an honorable discharge, she began various jobs to support her two young boys, as she was a single parent. Remarried, she currently resides in South Carolina with her husband, and three children.
