SEALed at Midnight (Hot SEALs Series #3) by Cat Johnson

As a combat hardened Navy SEAL, Thom Grande has fought terrorism around the globe, but he can't fight is his ex-wife. Or her lawyer. Or the alimony payments. Just when he thinks his life can't get any worse, bad luck smacks him up side the head--literally. Now, he's got a traumatic brain injury and can't remember his own name. The good news? He can't remember his ex or the woes she's causing him either.

Virginia Starr has the worst luck ever with men. But maybe her luck is changing because one hell of a hot man just showed up at her door in the middle of the night. One problem--he can't remember anything, including who he is. The more Ginny sees, the more she realizes, that might not matter all that much.

Woe is me, I don't have a man so I guess I'll just sleep with the wounded amnesiac.

As always, I love Cat Johnson's stories. Poor Thom, amnesia twice. I thought Ginny's character was funny, especially when she found Thom in the barn and kept telling herself that she was like one of those "too stupid to live girls" from the movies because she takes Thom into the house and for all she knows, he is a lunatic. This story was also very timely as Ms Johnson discusses ISIS and the military's efforts to capture the Jihadist who executed American civilians. Ginny and Thom take a risk in order to find happiness. I look forward to hearing about them as Ms Johnson continues this series. I highly recommend this book.

This was a good short story about Ginny and Thom. These two met under the most unusual conditions and Ginny was so good to Thom when she found him. I am curious what will happen with these two.

I have this book in paperback. It is a quick read at 148 print pages but it's a great fun fast moving story.

However, it is very short....felt very rushed at the end.

I'm really enjoying the Hot Seals series. In this one, we met Ginny and Thom, we actually were already introduced to Thom. We learned that Thom is recently divorced and was injured in the war, and we also learned that Ginny is lonely and not happy with her life. Thom and Ginny meet on Christmas Eve. If you would like to know more about the two of them, go purchase the book, you won't be disappointed. Cat, as always you kept me interested from start to finish. I can't wait for the next book in this series.

82 pages. Starts of really slow with way to much military background and then speeds up so much you feel like you missed the whole relationship then just ends. Terrible..wish for a refund
