Well done and from very thoughtful personal experience. Excellent recommendations for large and small church. Must admit might be harder for a smaller church to follow in as much detail. However, if a minister who is leaving is willing to give them time for a good transition, it is great. That is a critical step for any leader who is leaving/retiring. Particularly the retiring minister owes it to his/her church to allow for a good transition. That is finishing ‘Strong’. Well thought out and articulated book.
