About the Author

I love writing, reading, and watching most anything. My favorite shows include Supernatural, Vampire Diaries, The Walking Dead, Pretty Little Liars, and Once Upon a Time.

I've been writing and telling stories for as long as I can remember. As a kid, my story telling would get me into trouble when I would try to convince others that my stories were real.

When I'm not busy writing, I spend time with my family. I also educate my kids from home.

Little Falls is a small town full of nice people. Tiffany is running away from a dangerous husband and she mets Jake Hunter, is struggling in life, mourning the lost of his sister Sophia and helping their parent with the shop, they own in Kittle Falls. Tiffany and Jake connect very fast but can they heal from their past's scar and be happy together? A very lovely story

Wonderful. Just like the others I have read you are truly a fantastic writer. I really identified with the pain Tiffany was in and the doubts she had about no one wanting her with her baggage. I have not been in her exact situation, but I have baggage (and a child) of my own and sometimes I feel that same fear of no one wanting me because of my baggage or my child. So thank you for letting me read Tiffani's story. I can not wait to read the second book.

Tiffany is on the run from an abusive husband. But when she stops in a small seaside tourist town for the night she meets a guy that just might make her stay. It certainly helps her decision when the car won't start the next morning. The problem is, she's still in trouble and Jake only knows her as Elena. If she can ever find a safe place, she wants to settle down and find her forever family. The story had some deep and serious topics, but the author was able to keep it from being too dark by infusing sweet and romantic elements. The characters were flawed, but endearing. It's a clean romance with just a little bit of violence at the end. The author brought several family members into the story and left several openings for the next few books in the series. It will be interesting to see where she goes with them. I received this book free of charge from Inspired Kathy in exchange for my honest review.

This is the start to a sweet romantic series that promises to entertain. I enjoyed the story of Tiffany and Jake, drawn to each other but not prepared to fall in love. Tiffany, on the run to escape a painful past, lands in Jake's hometown, and from the first moment there are sparks. Each has personal issues to overcome, and loving families that are either a source for the issues (Jake) or a solution (Tiffany.) I'm a sucker for a story set in a seaside town and this doesn't disappoint, and includes many of the details of life in a small vacation village. The story is well-paced, the characters interesting, and the climax suspenseful. Thanks to the author for providing me with a review copy in exchange for an honest opinion. I look forward to reading the rest of the series.

Tiffany is escaping a terrible ex and what better way to forget her troubles than to end up stranded in a beautiful, touristy, seaside town. Kittle Falls sounds like a fantastic place to live, work, and find love. I enjoyed the descriptions of the things the locals liked to do--things the tourists didn't know about. I also loved the local characters and the way they all looked out for one another and seemed like one big family. I wouldn't mind taking a vacation there myself! Tiffany is a beautiful woman, but lacks self confidence, due to her bad marriage. I was rooting for her to feel good about herself again and loved the way this town and the people who live there help her. She wasn't planning on staying long, but things happen for a reason. Tiffany has a great relationship with her grandpa and it was very endearing to read bits and pieces about that. Jake has had a rough time of things lately. He's had a tragedy in his family and no one seems to be able to cope with it. I didn't like the way his parents treated him, but could understand why they did what they did. He's a great guy to put up with things, even if he does grumble about it. And when all is said and done, family matters and Jake really shows where his priorities are. As I mentioned before, I really loved the setting and the characters. This is a perfect summer beach read, especially for readers who don't want all fluff. There is some suspense mingled in with a climatic ending and a tough topic is brought up and handled in a great way. This sounds like a fun series, with a book about each of Jake's brothers. Content: one mild cuss word; mild violence (talk of abuse and a situation of violence); mild romance (kissing only, but they started falling for one another before the divorce was final). Clean! *I received a copy in exchange for an honest review*
