This is the best fat free cookbook. All the tips she gives you are wonderful. I have made her recipes and brought them to work for a potluck and received great compliments. I would recommend this book to anyone who is serious about baking, but wants to bake healthy.

This book has helped me to bake healthier. The recipes are tasty and pretty easy. Very few items are hard to come by.

You will be pleasantly surprised to find all of these recipes taste great. You can invite others to taste test. They will not believe that these are low or nonfat recipes. And the recipes are great- you have delicious potato salad, alfredo sauce for pasta, chicken fingers, cajun chicken pasta, old fashion beef stew among others. Easy to follow instructions and clear breakdown of the serving information.

This is the best book on fat free baking I have seen. It provides many excellent recipes as well as guidelines for modifying other recipes to make them fat free or low fat. Highly recommended!
