They say that opinions are like assholes: everybody has one. Well, I have more than one.

Opinion, that is. A few of those opinions are collected in this book. It helped me to clarify my thoughts by writing them down. For anyone without the inclination to do so for themselves, maybe this book will be helpful.

But maybe not.

For those having trouble sleeping, maybe this book will be helpful.

There's a very good chance of that.

If you're looking in the refrigerator for something good that wasn't in there five minutes ago, this book will not be helpful.

I put the first version of Seek Wisdom, Practice Kindness together sixteen years ago. This is the fourth edition. It may be immodest of me to say so, but I really think it's the best edition since the third one.
