I thought the book & film of Carrie was great! I also thought that Stephen King had really done an outstanding job. Carrie is a novel for people who are really interested in the ideas of horror. I believe that he really became in touch with the characters. This caused them to have their own identity. King created Carrie not to be the usual horror product, but he presented her to be someone who was shy, timid, pretty, and to be someone who was challenged in high school by other student’s. What was so great about Carrie was not only was she all of those things, but she was also telekinesis. This caused her to have the power to move things with her mind. Once she realized that she had such power she was somewhat confused on what or who she was. So once she researched about her power, she then started to use it toward those who ridiculed her. In the end Carrie ends up killing most of her high school class and also the town members. Although the book and movie were somewhat similar, they also had their differences. So if you had not read or seen it I suggest you do very soon. ;)

I thought that the book "Carrie" would be a very interesting book for people who are very into horror and scary books. I would not recommend this book to people that are in 6th grade or lower. I found the book to be a little challenging at times; but once I was done I found that I really enjoyed it. After I was done reading the book I watched the movie and the parts I did not understand I finally understood in the movie because it was a lot clearer. So if I were you I would go check out this book because it is a frightening and interesting book. Also its a classic and written by one of the best authors "Stephen King".
