This book has it all when it comes to inspiring quotes for daily life. I love opening this book at random and seeing what "message" there may be for me! Sometimes that works and other times it is just for fun.
This small book is packed full of mood elevating statements and intellectual thoughts for a true attitude adjustment that could change your perspective on life. I have purchased 7 copies for friends and family who all agree with the power of the book. These books become written in and dog-eared. They suffer coffee stains as well. This book is an excellent traveling companion for tense trips. To be absolutely honest, the book is an inexpensive counseling trip. The content is broken up in to small segments so that you can just open it, on any page and read from there. Read until you feel some peace of mind come over you and skip around if you don¿t find a phrase that fits your needs. It¿s worth every penny I spent. Get yourself a little piece of mind and pick up a copy, or get two. You will not want to loan it.
I love this book. I keep it with me at work. There's a tip, quote, reminder, etc. for just about any situation, bad day, good day you may be having. I'm ordering one for a friend's birthday and a 2nd for myself as I keep one on my desk at work. Sometimes you need an affirmation you can go to, to help you refocus. Or a wake up call to help you realize it's not always about you. You will likely do what I've done which is fold pages, tab quotes, highlight affirmations just because it hits you in a place where it makes sense, makes you feel good, or makes you stop and think about your life and how your actions are making it great or not so enjoyable. Very much a recommended purchase!
