They were strong. At least twice as strong as humans. From Kobo Emerging Writer Prize Nominee author Jack Soren comes a dark novelette of love, sacrifice and the undead.
You have to get it into the brain, through the base of the skull. A new drug called Spark can turn the undead human again. But only if administered in time. And Rachel only has a few hours. Maybe.
Tony, her DEA husband, has died to save her. If he can ever finish saving himself.
