About the Author
Over the twenty years of his working career, Joseph has worked in health care, management consulting, hospitality, non-profit organizations, and academic institutions. He specializes in organizational behavior, strategic outcomes assessment, and the application of organization theory to some of the funky behavior perpetually afflicting all organizations.
In his writing and teaching, Joseph addresses organizational patterns commonly seen in public organizations, especially governments, militaries, intelligence agencies and NGOs. He has taught strategy, information technology, and organizational behavior at American University's School of Public Affairs and project management and interpersonal relations at Boston University. His articles have appeared in Strategy and Scenario Planning, Organization Development Practitioner, Genetic Engineering News, and other publications, and he has spoken at conferences ranging from Organization Development Network to the Pharma IT Summit.
Joseph lives in Boulder, Colorado.
