My daughter is getting an American Girl doll for Christmas this year, so when Erin Hentzel contacted me to see if I would be interested in reviewing her book, I jumped at the chance. The book is beautiful! It has 22 projects for American Girl dolls (or other 18" dolls) including things like a messenger bag, pajamas, and dresses. The projects are simple and easy enough for a beginning sewer to tackle. The instructions are easy to follow and there are clearly labeled patterns in the back of the book. I'm so excited about this book! My daughter has started to show interest in sewing and crafts like this, so it's perfect for her. The projects are perfect for the target age group (8-12) and super cute, too. My daughter is going to have one well dressed doll!
