I am very excited to see so much information about each type of knit style fabrics and what they provide that separates them from each other inside this book. Also, there are so many visual images of each type, which I honestly love when a book provides clear photos. One of my favorites is the Jersey fabric and knowing what the material is good to create and use with is wonderful, the same with the many other knits listed inside. What I love is that I can take the Jersey fabric, which I just learned about using and actually make all types of tops, scarves, dresses, skirts, pants and even jackets. The book really provides so much useful info that I would have to search all over online or in different books. There is even helpful info on prepping each fabric, tools, seams, hems and the must-have patterns and lessons to add certain pieces together, like sleeves. The author really doesn't leave you out on any of the must-know information, making it a perfect beginners guide. Plus, it's totally packed with images for visual learners and awesome projects to begin creating clothing for yourself, which I can't wait to tackle. Finally, this is a wonderful book. Every bit of information has been extremely helpful and a perfect guidance to clothing making and getting the right results every time! It's so resourceful when it comes to sewing with a sewing machine and most of all sewing knits! I would have been searching and looking around online for hours to understand knits and sewing projects using them. However, this is no more, thanks to Linda Lee's book, Sewing Knits from Fit to Finish. "I received a free sample in exchange for writing a review"
