When I first saw the cover, I thought it looked really stupid. I mean, frogs with guns? What's up with that? I was wrong. This manga is hilarious! The frogs turn out to be aliens, who are trying to conquer the earth. 2 humans capture one, and the mission is aborted, stranding the frog/alien and his teammates. Instant comedy ensues. I give this my highest recommendation.

SGT Frog was okay but could have been better. The author sets it up where you want to read the 2 volume. I don't recomend it for someone readig manga for the first time.

The book is Sgt. Frog and its author is Mine Yoshazaki. The book is about some alien frogs from Keron. They come to Earth to enslave human kind, but they are caught by Fuyuki & his sister. Sgt. Keroro is having fun on Earth and wants to ignore his mission. I recommend this book to anyone who likes manga comedy books as well as fiction chapter books This book is for people thirteen and up.

At first the cover art can turn you away from the book, but hey 'never judge a book by its cover.' Hilairious jokes, wacky sci-fi, awesome characters, a good balance of naughty and nice entertainment, and a plot with more twists than you can shake a stick at. Adored by all kinds of people, it's a book that aims to please and hits that mark, bull's eye.

When I was looking for a book to read over vacation I saw SGT Frog and I thought this would be funny ( because I like things like Invader Zim). I loved the book so I bought #2 so now I can't wait for Vol 3 July 6th

this is going to be a good hit with people that like Invader Zim a lot and are true fans to it.

I thought that the manga 'Sgt. Frog' was very well written. It has a lot of now-a-days references (such as Mobile Suit Gundam and Gauntlet), and it is one of the funniest manga that i have read so far! I will be buying the rest of the series, and i am expecting them all to hold me in just like the first one did!
