The scripts in this series have been edited with performance continuity in mind. Lines sometimes are distributed to characters who do not say them in the original. As much as possible we have utilized capitalization and punctuation to reflect line breaks from the original text, although it has been condensed into paragraphs to save space. Our scripts are also tailored to incorporate girls into traditionally male roles.

About the Author
Shakespeare with Noodles is a program designed to be young people's first introduction to Shakespeare. Costumes and prop pieces are constructed from swimming noodles. Utilizing melodrama and slap stick comedy, the shows are fast paced. All titles in the series have a playing time of under 60 minutes.
As the daughter of a Brit. Lit. Professor, Margaret says, "I was bound to love Shakespeare; it's in my genes. Taming of the Shrew is the first play I ever remember, I was seven. Understanding Shakespeare is like learning a second language; the earlier you start, the easier it is. I always wanted to direct kids in Shakespeare but I needed a hook. I found it in a swimming noodle." In 2010 Shakespeare with Noodles debuted with MacBeth. "People really didn't know what to make of us, or the group's name, but now we've developed quite a following."
