omg, where to begin! Shane is the first book of Jo's that I actually took my time with and enjoyed every moment of it, I took my time because I didn't want the story to end. Personally Shane is one of the best stories of the Damaged Boys, so heartbreaking, you couldn't help but fall in love with him as the story went on, and even though nobody will admit it, we all have alittle bit of Cassie in us, how she reached out and took care of him was great reading, best book of the series!

I was gifted this book by the author for an honest review. This was an amazing story of how one guy can be abused by the prison system and how one woman is able to help him survive the ordeal. The book kept me enthralled throughout so I didn’t want to put the book down to go to bed. The author is wonderful with the way she write about her damaged boys and I am not able to contain my excitement for the next book in the series.
