Say yes to the dreams God has planted in your heart.

Every woman was born to dream—to live a life of beauty, passion, adventure, and purpose. No matter how big or how small they are, our dreams push us to become women of courage, grace, and grit. God in His goodness breathes new dreams within our hearts and revives the dreams that have died, inviting us to trust Him as we dream impossible dreams that only He can bring to pass—because God not only gives dreams; He fulfills them.

In this book and companion six-week Bible study we will look at Moses’ journey to live out the God-sized dream given to him, exposing the ancient wisdom and truth God offers for every woman with a dream beating in her heart. With timely truth and encouraging accounts of God’s heart and hand in the life of Moses as well as in the lives of ordinary women, author Tiffany Bluhm will dare you to dream the impossible dreams the Lord is stirring in your heart, reclaim any broken dreams, and trust God for the victory. Throughout the study you will identify:

  • The role of prayer as you grow into your dreams.
  • The importance of obedience as you pursue what God has for you.
  • Why your dreams are a blessing not only to you but also to others.

I am so grateful for Tiffany's encouraging words. As a mom of two young boys who stays at home, but still seeks big dreams, it is amazing to hear that God-given dreams should be pursued. In a culture that tells women they usually need to pick one or the other, Tiffany reminds you that only God can give us the things we need to pursue the dreams of our hearts, but with Him, we can. Tiffany is funny and her book is like talking to a friend. I loved this book!

I liked the book from the beginning when the author references women from the bible who dreamed big such as Queen Esther and Mother Mary. These were strong women who dared to dream and saw their dreams come to pass. That is so encouraging to read and be reminded that God can use anyone and when you dream, dream big. He is waiting to hear your dreams and equip you to seek those dreams with His guidance. I know we all have dreams and are still waiting for them to happen. God knows our desires and knows what is best for us. I thought because of my childhood, I was still being punished years later. Rejection is so hard to overcome and I wasn't willing to put myself in a position where I would be rejected. I have always dreamed of being a teacher. I was not encouraged by my parents to pursue that dream, so I tucked it away. Many years later God answered my dream in a big way. I became the Children's Pastor of our church. I was finally a teacher. My dream of being a teacher had come to pass but with a larger responsibility . I was a teacher of over one hundred children not just a small group in a school. I couldn't believe that God trusted me to mentor these precious children. After reading this book I am more encouraged to continue to dream. I like how the author reminded us of the Proverbs 31 woman. She was cherished and had big dreams. She worked outside of the home and also was there for her family. I love to read that section in the bible when I am feeling discouraged. We don't have to be super woman and do everything. We need to follow our dreams and be sure we are attentive to our home life as well. I really enjoyed the different examples the author shared and how she used scriptures to emphasize the subjects. We were put here on earth for a purpose. Don't give up on your dreams. Be encouraged that God is right there beside you as you dream big. " We have a life to live. A life to love. We have passions to pursue, people to serve, and loved ones to shepherd." I received a copy of this book from Read With Audra Blogger Program. The review is my own opinion.

This book is an inspiring and encouraging book about pursuing your God given dreams. We all have dreams and Tiffany shares from her own life and shows how God has guided her, through all circumstances to pursue her dreams. She then encourages us to do the same. She has had some difficult things happen in her life but she has over-come them and says that sometimes the dreams of God become our own when we least expect it. I love this! We can trust God to bring us into our dream in His perfect timing and when we are personally ready for it. We can trust Him to do it in the perfect timing. I enjoyed how she talked about social media and how we might be comparing ourselves with others. This is not God's dream for us. We weren't meant to be anyone but our self. Taking time away from social media once in a while can help us breathe and be ourselves. Comparison is the death of dreams. I also loved that she says that it's never too late to pursue our dreams! I think it's hard not to think it's too late for our dreams as we get older but she assures us this isn't true. My very favorite quote that really spoke to my heart is, “If you still have a pulse, then God is not done with you, even if you feel like He is.” This really encouraged me! I enjoyed this book and was very encouraged by the twelve chapters. I love that she points back to the Word of God to encourage and inspire us. It's a really good book and will help you pursue your own God given dream! I give it 5 out of 5 stars. *This book was provided to me by Audra Jennings, PR. I received a copy of this book to review but I was not financially compensated in any way. The opinions expressed are my own and are based on my observations while reading this book.

She Dreams is a woman’s inspirational with encouragement on how to live your life’s dreams, or better yet on how to live the dreams that God has given you. I liked how she wrote, almost like going out to lunch with a friend. The author wrote her heart and love for her Christian sisters in the book. Giving great practical advice, using her own broken dreams, and stories from the Bible- she lets us know that sometimes our dreams are not right for us (resulting in brokenness, restlessness, etc.) and that sometimes God, who knows us best, has bigger dreams in store for us. I would recommend this book to all women, young, old, and in- between, because we all dream and long for something more. This is one for the keeper shelf. I received a copy of this book from the publisher. I was not required to post a positive review and all views and opinions are my own.

I really enjoyed this book, especially in light of some dreams God has recently birthed in my heart that I keep trying to talk myself out because the don’t make since. But that is what Tiffany addresses in this book. Don’t ignore your dreams, they may not always make sense but it is opportunity for God to do what He does. I also appreciate the big chunks of scripture and not just a verse here or there. You actually felt like you were really getting into the Word. Also, sprinkled throughout, is Tiffany’s personal stories of dreams that God birthed in her heart. A copy of this book was given to me. All opinions are my own.

'She dreams of rushing peace like a river, She dreams of the one and only Dream Giver.' Near the beginning of She Dreams author Tiffany Bluhm shares these words and then uses the next 208 pages to stress the value of living the life we were created for. She Dreams contains Bluhm's own personal experiences along with the stories of women, both past and present, to encourage us to search for more in our lives. She also explores the life of Moses and offers us insight about his life and how he accomplished 'big glorious dreams' by listening to and obeying God. There are twelve chapters in this book that are filled with the theory that each and every person was born to dream but there are often emotions that hinder us: fear of failure and criticism from our family and peers. She also cautions us that we should never allow just anyone to shape our dreams. In her concluding paragraph Bluhm writes 'May we never settle for a counterfeit dream maker but listen and follow the one true Dream Giver, who calls us deeper, leads us, and proves faithful even when our backs are against the wall.' (p. 202) I appreciate that Bluhm abundantly uses God's Word and that these scripture selections are displayed in boxes so that they are easily seen. Bluhm also gives us six pages of bibliographical references that will allow us to increase our understanding. And I laughed when I read this challenge that speaks to every age group: 'If you still have a pulse, then God is not done with you, even if you feel like He Is'. (p. x) She Dreams is inspirational and encouraging and I can see it being used in a woman's Bible study group. I recommend it to all of the women who want to achieve more and follow God's Will. I received a complimentary copy of this book from Abingdon Press and was under no obligation to post a review.

She dreams A nonfiction book where the author talks about that we should never give up on our dreams. Sometimes things work out different than what we thought they would. Also we are never too young or too old to work for our dreams. A lot of encouraging stories in the book. You just never know how things will work out. The book references a lot of bible verses. Especially the life of Moses. I received a complimentary copy of the book from the author. I was not required to write an positive review.

SHE DREAMS is not exactly sitting across the kitchen table with a mug of coffee friendly, it is more standing at a lecturn and giving a lecture style. At first I got a little annoyed because it started reading like a memoir (which I am not fond of) but then she changes it to: "The reason I shared that is" and continues on with the lecture. There is a lot of good information in there and a lot of scripture and this would be so excellent as curriculum for a women's Sunday school class or small group study for women. It is also good for individual study. There are no questions to answer but some readers might want a notebook and pen or a highlighter handy for nuggets that stand out. There is also a workbook available which I did NOT get for review. That might eliminate the need for a notebook. An excellent resource for women to encourage them to reach for their God-given dreams. SHE DREAMS. My copy will be added to our church library and probably will be used for small group study. I was given a copy free. All opinions are my own.

Your Dreams are so worth Dreaming!! Tiffany Bluhm is an incredibly accomplished author! The vulnerable transparency with which she shares her own struggles and successes in going for the dreams in her heart, are incredibly motivating. Her knowledge of scripture and how she weaves it throughout this book, are thoughtful and poignant. My book is filled with sentences underlined, paragraphs highlighted, impactful information starred, and notes taken in the margins on just about every page. One of my favorite passages is on page 5 (yep...that early on!!) "Our God is so very good to us. He is a Giver of good gifts; and when He gives a gift, He knows the power and magnitude the gift has. We, His beloved and cherished daughters, must unwrap each gift and use it. How and when we use our gifts is important, but first and foremost, we must recognize that we were created to dream." Bam!! There you have it!! And on page 82, something so important especially for women, "We celebrate one another, and our own souls are blessed as we choose to be a conduit of joy to those we cherish." Ladies ~ no matter your age ~ GET THIS BOOK! It's just what you are looking for!!

If you have been wondering about a greater purpose for your life, sitting on a dream you know you should pursue, or feel too fearful/ overwhelmed to take the next step, this primer for the Christian woman on pursuing your dreams provides great food for thought. However, if you want any of that to change, I suggest you also pick up the study guide and find a group of women with whom to go through it. Tiffany uses stories of her life experiences, and of Moses' life in the book of Exodus, to convince even those who think they are unqualified to dream that God has a purposeful plan for your life. This book provides a logical progression of the challenges that face dreamers and ideas for how to tackle them. It also offers great encouragement to believe in your worth and purpose and to trust the God who put you on this earth. I tend to be more of a "doer" so I felt triggered a bit into "doing more" until I got to the chapter on rest, which provided a different perspective, which I appreciated. Tiffany's writing style is easy to follow and a little in-your-face, for those who care about that sort of thing when selecting a book. Read it and be encouraged to dream, to rest, to trust God, and to ignore the haters while you do the little or big things you're dreaming of doing. I received a free copy of the book in exchange for my honest review.

Being a stay at home mom can feel like an isolating season. Reading She Dreams has reinvigorated the dreams and passions God placed in me long ago that have been dormant now for a while. I feel reawakened and energized to explore again all God has destined for me. I highly recommend this book!

This book could not have come at a better time! It is insightful and encouraging. This book and its study guide challenge readers to make meaningful & necessary life changes to facilitate the pursuit of their God-dreams. What sets Bluhm's book & study guide apart from many other self-help books is her emphasis that we are not self-made but God-made and must pursue Christ as He guides us through our journeys.

This book was so encouraging! Lately I've felt like my dreams seem further and further away, to the point where I questioned if they were God-given in the first place. Tiffany is armed with grit and grace as she uses the life of Moses to remind us not only of our dreams, but of the Dream Giver himself. I would recommend this to anyone who feels like life is passing them by and their dreams are too far gone.

This book is absolutely needed for women. Tiffany talks about women going for their dreams and trusting God in the process. It's an amazing, life-giving read encouraging women to say YES, have faith, and move forward with our God-given dreams. I feel like sometimes we all need a push to go for it and thats exactly what this book does. So worth the read...Love you Tiffany Bluhm! #shedreamsbook

Add this book to your list for the year - "She Dreams" is a refreshing take on dreaming and the way we get to dream. I loved that this book was not trying to create a brand new concept in dreaming but instead reminding us that our dreams are rooted in God & He is the one to bring us on the journey. The way this book is written is also very refreshing - I especially love that there is quoted scripture, as well as, scripture explained. Overall, I would recommend this to friends, family, and strangers alike!

This book was just what I needed. Tiffany beautifully weaves tales from her daily life into a biblical reflection that feels like a breath of fresh air. I finished it feeling encouraged, inspired, and ready to dream. An inspiring read!

How did you get in my head and heart so well Tiffany Bluhm?! “She Dreams” continually point us to the giver of the dream, Jesus! You take us on the journey of pursuing our dreams from the fears, highs, lows, pitfalls to reminding us “God is faithful to lead us, support us and fight for us! HE gave me the dream and HE will be with me every step on the way!” Every woman with any dream big or small must read “She Dreams”!

What a powerful book! This book puts all of your excuses and your fears on notice! Tiffany tells us that it is our right to have God sized dreams and encourages us to go for them. Everyone of us has dreams but too often we think we are not special enough to make those dreams a reality. I encourage you to read this book with an open heart and accept that you can achieve your dreams because God will be right there beside you for every step of the journey. Not only is this book an easy read, encouraging on every level but it is inline with scripture, reminding us of biblical hero’s who lived out their own God sized dreams!

It seems to be a recurring theme of my middle aged life this past year- God wants me to dream. God keeps telling me in that still small voice to keep my biggest dreams alive . In this instance, He's using Tiffany Bluhm and her new book She Dreams. It's an easy to read book that will keep you wanting more. It's the type of book that you will want to put in your bag and take with you. Her personal stories are very gripping, her victories are obvious too. She takes us through the story of Moses, his birth, his murder of the Egyptian, his time in Midian, and his leading the Israelites from the wilderness. Tiffany is your cheerleader in her writing, encouraging you to give your dreams to God and trust Him with their outcome. Excellent book!

Ever feel like you're in a season where your focus is just on surviving or meeting the need of others? Tiffany Bluhm reminds us that as women we have God sized dreams that we are meant to cherish and pursue. She speaks openly and honestly (with a good bit of humor) about what often holds us back and encourages us to take steps to live who we are meant to be. Highly recommend!

Tiffany Bluhm, new book. She Dreams is a breath of fresh air. It is almost like she is talking to you over a cup of coffee. She encourages you in a way that makes you want to go out and conquer the world. She engages you from Chapter 1, and you find yourself excited to read more. I would recommend this book to anyone with a dream, a dream that has died, or for someone that needs fire back into their life. She will have you begging for more.
