Shea: The Last Hope by Jana Leigh

The last Book in the Denver Pack Series, Shea the last member of the New Council is found in the most unlikely place. Right at their back door, when the women of the Pack go to Denver for a little fun, they get much more than they bargained for. So do the men.
Wrapping up the previous eleven books as well as adding a twelfth equals to a lot of fun and laughing. If you followed the series, this will not disappoint. I would recommend you set aside time when you buy this book, because once you start, it is impossible to stop!
Shea and her new-found mates will enchant and delight you, and all the old characters will remind you why you loved the series, full of laughter and fun, as well as a little danger. There is no question about the lovin' with these characters, the scenes are hot.

This book contained one of my biggest romance novel pet peeves. Too much time spent on other couples. If you read Trace, you know that while it did introduce you to Trace and his mates it was not their romance, it was the story of the war. I am 40 pages into Shea and 35 of those pages have been Trace and his mates, you have not met Shea, and you have barely met her mates. Due to the lack of romance between Trace and his mates I gave up on them in the last book, and have no desire to read about them in this book. Not sure I am even going to bother finishing it, since I am not sure if I can get over my issues with spending so much time on other people romance in this story. Don't get me wrong, I love to revisit couple that I love from previous books, but there is a limit to how much about another couple (or Triad) a book should be. If this doesn't bother you, they you may love this book. I'm just not sure if I can get past it.

I bought the whole series. Things just moved along with no lulls. I wish it were longer, but still a good read

Story was a little scattered, but the spelling errors and wrong words (were instead of wear for one) distracted me sometimes. Hope next book is more focused, proof read & spell checked!
