I enjoyed this book very much. I read the first one, where the lady and the governess realize they look alike. They were on a ship from Ireland to England and thought it would be fun to exchange clothes. The ship was in a storm and broke upon the rocks. This book is Claire's (the governess) story. A naval officer, Lucien, was also on the ship and he found her floating, unconscious and pulled her up on a floating door. When she comes to, she doesn't remember anything. Since she is wearing the lady's dress he assumes she is Lady Rebecca. They are rescued by some fisherman and the adventure starts as Lucien tries to get her to her supposed betrothed all the while, falling in love with her. I can easily recommend this book.
