Two fun stories by a great author who knows how to get the story going, develop the characters and keep the motivation believable. The stories of 2 brothers finding love in a circumstances that might not seem believable were a great read. I was sorry when both stories ended but felt a warmed in my heart at the end of both. The heroes were rugged; the heroines were sweet. The love scenes were hot but tender. Highly recommend this one.

Lucas and his brother Jackson, both carrying emotional scars from the war, have been left in a predicament by their Uncle Simon. In order to receive their inheritance, they must both find a wife.A "typical" romance in my opinion. Two head strong, above the norm females tackle scarred and distant men in an attempt to find true love. While, not overly original the story-telling was done well enough to keep me from putting the book down.3/5 stars

Two Brothers. Two stories. Brothers forced to marry to inherit their uncles property get their comeuppance from their brides of convenience. Each brothers story is written separately and they are both really fun reading. Wish Susan wrote more westerns.
