I read positive reviews before buying this book... and I was disappointed!! I'm a HUGE Sheldon fan and mourned his passing, so was really excited when someone picked up his torch. This new writer took whole paragraphs to do what Sheldon could do in one sentence. And while it was fun to hear what happened to those bad, bad Blackwells - since Master is probably my favorite Sheldon novel - this new writer even screwed up some facts from the original novel!! (Not huge errors, but certainly obvious to REAL Sheldon fans. I won't be buying another Sheldon book--the new writer isn't even CLOSE to being the Master!! Sheldon must be rolling over in his grave...

As a fan of Sidney Sheldon, I even own several of the movies made from his books, I feel the author of this book should have left Master Of The Game alone. For me this book fell flat because the author tried to make Gabe, the new Jamie McGregor and Lexi, the new Kate. From the incest to the poorly constructed sequences, I felt embarassed that something with Sidney Sheldon's name on the cover could come out so convoluted. I tried hard to like this book. But, you can't duplicate the mastery and art that Sheldon told his stories with. With this author, I don't know why she even tried.

I love Sheldon's books but this one, by Tilly, was hard to follow. It jumped without warning but after I finished reading it was thought provoking... the book was left with a lot of unanswered questions.

As always Sidney Sheldon has spun an unbelievable tale about the Blackwell family legacy. I was sucked in immediately and couldn't wait to find out what happened. Sheldon is definitely my favorite author!

I'm confused about the ending and a few of the main characters from "Master"  did not even make it into this book.  I was a little disappointed quite honestly

This was an awful book. I hated all the main characters and if there was a glimmer of goodness in anyone, the author made sure that didn't last. I always enjoyed Sidney Sheldon's books, but this one written by Tilly Bagshawe is not even close. Awful! Awful! Awful!

I picked this book up and found that I could not put it down. Though I am a die hard Sidney Sheldon fan Tilly did an awesome job. My only pive is that it left me hanging in the end. I am hoping that there will be a continuation to this great tale. In true style of my favorite author I give her kudles and hope that I dont have to wait long for the final end to this saga.

But not a super page turner like Master of The Game was. Worth the read, though.
