This is a first time author for me, but it won't be the last time I read a book by Diaz. I really enjoyed her fast paced story. It kept me read from pages one. I honestly didn't want to put this book down and if life hadn't interfered I wouldn't have. The opening scene was one of the funniest things I've read in a while. It grabbed and pulled me in. At times Madison drove me crazy but I was willing to over look that. In fact, many of the character made me mad at one time or another but I think that made for a better story. Pierce and his brothers brought something special to the story, I hope they all get a story of their own.

From the description and the title, I was fully expecting a thriller. What I received instead, was a silly, childish romance. It just wasn't for me. Disappointed.

The characters are complex and winning, the plot tight, and especially rewarding, the writing itself is excellent. Fast-moving and twisty . . . delivers one electric jolt after another. This was definitely a page turner. Very enjoyable and kept the reader interested. Will look for more books by Lena Diaz. totally Simon Says Die kept my interest and I felt I was sitting on the edge afraid something was going to happen that I did not want to happen. Once you pick this book up and start reading you will not put it down until you are finish! I enjoyed the pacing of the book and the way Lena wove the different elements together. It was easy to get into the story and at no point was reading it anything other than pleasurable. The story was just brilliant that I will definitely buy the other books to follow.
