This was enjoyable to read, clear, and lots of info. I was especially interested in the health and medical benefits that the author gave info and documentation on. I would recommend it to all tea drinkers and to those thinking about drinking tea. There was info about regular tea, and some about herbal tea.

The booklet is only 30 pages long, but I learned a lot about tea. It explains the different types of tea, including at what temperature and how long to steep each tea. Also included are a couple of recipes using tea. Lots of pictures, too.
