If it is chronic it will lead to an increase in stress which will cause other health problems. The purpose of this book is to address these most pressing aches in a simple manner that can be employed in the work place. The exercises are short, simple and gentle and the recommendations for adjustments are all doable. Alleviating chronic pain is the intent of this book. If it succeeds then the workplace will become more satisfying and productive.
