“Sara Bennett delivers exciting, enthralling and satisfying reads. Prepare to be swept away.”
—#1 New York Times bestselling author Stephanie Laurens

Historical romance readers simply can’t get enough of the amorous misadventures of the plucky graduates of Miss Debenham’s Finishing School—the self-styled “Husband Hunters Club.” Author Sara Bennett returns us to Victorian England to Sin with a Scoundrel—the final installment in her delightful series featuring heroines who firmly believe the only husband worth having is a husband you have hunted yourself. Readers should heed the warning of bestselling author Lisa Kleypas and, “Get ready to fall in love,” as Miss Clementina Smythe seeks lessons in seduction from a notorious rake in order to land a wealthy lord, only to have her schemes thwarted by her unexpected desire for her tutor!

About the Author

Sara Bennett has always had an interest in history, and to survive a series of mind-numbing jobs, she turned to writing historical romance. She lives in an old house, with her husband and animals too numerous to mention, in the state of Victoria, Australia, where she tries to keep the house and garden tidy, but rarely succeeds—she'd rather be writing or reading.

SIN WITH A SCOUNDREL by Sara Bennett is another interesting historical romance. Book 4 of "The Husband Hunters Club",but can be read as a stand alone. Be prepared to be swept away with Miss Clementina Smythe and Richard Eversham as they navigate love's undeniable passion. Filled with seduction, secrets, danger, deception, spies, betrayal, mystery, suspense, childhood friends, guilt, vengeance, and the Guardians. As lessons in sin turns into lessons in seduction, secrets are revealed and danger lurks on every corner. Fast paced and filled with engaging and intriguing characters. I have enjoyed each of the Guardians in this series,as each of them come into their own and find love and danger. Received for an honest review from the publisher and Above the Treeline. Details can be found at Avon Books, an imprint of Harper Collins Publisher, and My Book Addiction and More. Women of this era were not to seem seductive. Acting anything other than innocent would get her treated as and called a whore. And whores did not get married, they were hired. Compromised virtue meant not only sin but a risk of serious stds, plus no man would want to raise another's child, destroying his family's reputation. Bastards or babies of unknown or non-married descent were considered dangerous; as the thinking was all evils were geetic, what mght a strangers child bring. Nor would any man want to be known as the man whose wife was sleeping with the whole town and undermining his god-given masculine authority and sacred bond of mariage.
